Use the instructions that belong to your product
Never mix cleaning products. Follow label requirements for use, ventilation, protection, waiting time, rinsing and storage. Keep products in their original labelled containers, secured as directed. We do not provide homemade chemical recipes or general dilution ratios.
Check the finish first
Toilet bowls, special coatings, seats, hinges, taps and floors can have different care requirements. Look up the manufacturer’s guidance. Do not assume an abrasive tool, descaler or bowl cleaner suits every bathroom surface. Electrical seats and shower toilets require their own care instructions.
Separate cleaning from maintenance
Cracks, leaks, unstable fittings and recurring sewage smells need appropriate investigation. Our finder does not diagnose deposits or plumbing faults. Persistent or unexplained problems are a reason to pause and contact the manufacturer or a suitable professional.
If a product causes a problem
Stop the task, avoid further exposure and follow the product’s emergency instructions. Get appropriate local medical or emergency help for harmful exposure or breathing symptoms. Do not try to neutralise an accidental mixture by adding something else.
